If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. The 30 days begins when you receive your purchase. Please contact service@savilino.com for an RMA form and shipping instructions.

 

CUSTOM ITEMS RETURN POLICY

Items that are customized with any branding may not be returned. We stand behind our craftsmanship, and in the event of any defect derived during the manufacturing process we’d be happy to discuss such events on an individual basis. We ultimately want you to be happy with our products and want to deal sensibly and fairly.

 

EXCHANGES

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online.

 

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Savilino Gift Card. For items returned by mail, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and you’ll receive a credit for the return. We cannot refund shipping charges.

 

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

For refunds that include duties, taxes, and please contact service@savilino.com to request an RMA form. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise but not the tariffs, taxes, or duties.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

There are none.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, you may do so in your account page on the website, or email us at service@savilino.com. Please include your order number in the correspondence and submit cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be returned.
