Returns & Exchanges

To receive a full refund after receiving your order, we must receive your return within 14 days of delivery date and in 100% original condition and packaging. If your return is after 14 days you will receive store credit or an exchange up to 30 days after original ship date.  Refunds are issued on receipt minus shipping fees and a $10 handling and stocking fee.

To submit a return or exchange please use the contact form on any page or email us at with your order number and reason for return and we will get back to you within 2 business days to help process the transaction.


If you ever experience issues with any of our products we will repair them for free and pay for the shipping as long as damage is not due to mishandling or excessive wear.  If a repair is not possible we will replace your item for free for up to 2 years after date of purchase.

What is Not Eligible for return?

Any customized, altered, embroidered, or items modified in any way, as well as any discounted clearance items are not elible for return, refund or exchange

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier chosen at checkout.  Here are the steps you can take to contact your shipping carrier and file a claim if needed.

    1. If you have purchased Route+ shipping insurance, file your claim here ( They will quickly resolve your problem with your package and issue a refund or replacement for you. For all shipping errors we are unable to refund or replace items if Route+ shipping insurance was not purchased.
    2. File a claim with USPS uninsured First Class Package 
    3. File a claim for insured USPS Priority Mail 
    4. File a claim with UPS


Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. In the event we need longer to process and ship your items, we will contact you to let you know.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We highly recommend shipping Priority Mail or UPS to insure your package and experience faster delivery times. Savilino is in no way affiliated with USPS or UPS and is not responsible for any shipping issues or delays.
